Do I need to run Vision 24/7?

Yes! Vision is calculating the entry and exit point every seconds, you should open your computer 24/7 or use a VPS service.

Please make sure you have subscribed on our website and input the correct Subscription ID.

“Subscription is not active, please contact support.”, why?

Nothing happen after I input my Subscription ID and Email and start the EA.

Make sure you allowed “Live Trading and “DLL Import”.

Go to “Common” tab just above the license settings, check the box of the “Allow Live Trading” and “Allow DLL import”.

What currency pairs should I choose?

Vision will analyse and decide what pairs to trade first for you. However, if you wish to turn off trading for some pairs, just choose “Close all trades immediately, stop trading.” beside that pair.

You need to adjust the “Maximum Active Currency Pairs” according to your balance!
